Nutritious Food, ready to serve in minutes
Millets Dosa –
1- Add 1 cup of millet dosa mix, 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 cup of curd Mix these ingredients to form a batter consistency.
2- Heat a non-stick dosa pan & smear a few spoons of oil. Add 1 ladle of batter on the pan & spread in circular motion.
3- Add a few drops of oil and cook on medium flame for 3-4 mins till the bottom turns golden brown.
4- Flip the dosa to cook the other side for around 2-3 mins. Yummy Millet Dosa ready to be served.
Millets Khichdi –
1- Open the grains mix pack & wash with water.
2- Heat a pressure cooker on cooking stove & add 1 tsp ghee or oil & heat.
3- Add the spice mix, washed grains mix & 650 ml of water to the cooker.
4- Wait for 6 whistles & switch off the stove, Let pressure release on its own & serve hot.

Dosa – Little Millets, Foxtail millets, Green gram (moong dal), Black gram (urad dal), Bengal gram (chana dal), Spices – salt, cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, fenugreek, dehydrated garlic and ginger powder.Khichdi – Little Millets, Foxtail millets, Ragi, Jowar, Split green moong dal, Split yellow moong dal, Spices- Turmeric, salt, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted black mustard seeds powder, roasted clove powder, roasted black pepper powder, carrot, garlic and ginger powder.
