Cooking Method: In a bowl add 1 cup Jiwa Multi Millet Dosa mix with 2-3 cups water to make a batter like consistency and let it sit for 5 minutes. Preheat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Take a ladleful of batter and spread it on the pan in a circular motion. Drizzle enough oil, ghee or butter evenly over the dosa. Cook well on both sides till lightly brown. Serve hot with aloo masala, sambar & coconut chutney. Enjoy!
