Millets are soaked for more than 8 hours, the traditional way to break down phytic acid and bring out the nutrional value of our supergrains. Barnyard millet is a sridhanya grain which means it is more nutritional than other millets. We bring to you a complete solution with Podi and Peanut chutney. Sprinkle podi to your dosa while preparing to add lilltle masla or just have it like dried chutney. For Peanut chutney take the dried chutney, mix it in a bowl and add 20-30 ml of water to make a smooth consistency. The salt is added but you can adjust as per your taste. Enjoy the wholesome meal with your family and people you love.
Pour the batter in the circular motion to get a thin dosa on heated tawa. Make sure the tawa is well heated an over heated tawa can make the batter stick to it.
Dot the edges with oil and fry till golden brown.
Flip the dosa and fry the other side on low to medium heat. Just remember millets take little more time to cook than normal rice batter.
